What is a hardware wallet? +
A hardware wallet keeps your private keys offline on a dedicated device. You approve transactions on that device while using an app such as Ledger Live to manage your accounts.
Does Ledger ever ask for my recovery phrase? +
No. Never share your recovery phrase with anyone, including someone claiming to be Ledger Support. Ledger will never ask you to enter it into a website or app.
Where should I download Ledger Live? +
Use Ledger’s official website or the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Be cautious of sponsored search results, unsolicited links, and unofficial downloads.
What if I need help during setup? +
